Operating Instructions

A. Installation

  1. Ensure e-file is powered OFF

  2. Insert into 3/32” (2.35mm) chuck until secure “click”

  3. Test at low speed (start around 5,000 RPM)

 

B. Recommended Speed Settings

Cuticle exfoliation 8,000–10,000 Light circular buffing
Gel surface levelling 12,000–15,000 Smooth, unidirectional strokes
Top coat polishing 5,000–8,000 Gentle tapping motion

 

C. Safety Precautions
⚠ Do not use on:

  • Metal or ceramic nail surfaces

  • Oily or unprepared nails

  • Damaged or fungal-infected nails

Maintenance & Care

Daily Care

  • Sterilise after use

  • Brush grooves clean with a soft nylon brush

Weekly Deep Clean

  • UV sterilisation (30 minutes)

  • Autoclave safe at 134℃ / 273℉

Replacement Indicators

  • Lifespan: 3–6 months with regular use

  • Replace immediately if:

    • Cracks appear

    • Elasticity reduces noticeably

    • Stains become permanent

Troubleshooting

  • Poor polishing results? → Check correct grit selection & RPM range

  • Discolouration? → Clean with silicone cleaner or ultrasonic bath
