At TWENTYTM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; if a product isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our hygiene safety standards for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TWENTYTM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
